Spicy Bok Choy Soup

In this bok choy soup recipe we are using avocados, which come loaded with glutathione, one of their many health benefits! Paired with probiotics from the fermented miso paste and the unique flavor or young bok choy make this a very tasty and fat-burning soup.

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 1 cup organic bok choy
  • 1 cup organic cucumber
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp non-GMO miso paste
  • ¼ jalapeno pepper or a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 cups filtered water
  • Optional garnish: raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

Blend all ingredients in a highspeed blender and serve with a sprinkling of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
