Orange Vanilla Shake

The vitamin C in the orange and the fiber in the almonds make delightful nutrition and taste companions! Ice adds a thermogenic burn effect, as your body needs to work harder to break cold beverages down.
  • 1 large orange, peeled and seeded
  • ¼ cup soaked raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract alcohol-free or ½ whole vanilla bean
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ - 1 cup filtered water to consistency
  • Optional: ½ tsp wheatgrass or spirulina powder to boost the power
  • Optional: a pinch of stevia powder or a ½ tsp of monkfruit syrup if needed for sweetness
  Blend in highspeed blender until smooth and serve with a teaspoon of flax seeds for a nice crunch and fiber boost!
