Almond Banana Date Pate
This delicious raw vegan dessert is easy to make in just minutes. It has high nutrition value and will delight your taste buds too!
Enjoy it solo, with fresh fruits or a chocolate sauce!
If it's hot outside you can also freeze it for a parfait-like treat that is decadently creamy & crunchy!
Base Pate
1 1/2 cups pitted dates
1 1/2 cups soaked raw almonds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 banana
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup coconut oil 
1 tsp vanilla essence
large pinch of Himalayan salt
1. Grind dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds in a blender with S shape blade. Add vanilla and banana until it has a sticky feel. Press pate into a rectangular dish greased with coconut oil.
2. Blend caramel ingredients separately and pour over pate base, then set in freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Cut pate into small squares or roll into round balls. The portions listed in this recipe make about 15 squares or round balls.
